I stayed at Citymax Hotel Business Bay and was shocked by the ongoing painting work that was clearly unsafe for guests. The strong fumes made my stay unbearable, and this should have been communicated better by the staff.

The room was comfortable, with a lovely view of Burj Khalifa. However, room cleanliness could use improvement.

i was very disappointed during my stay at the citymax hotel. first, the non-regulation of lighting in my room totally ruined my mood, and i must mention the oddness of having workers painting while guests are upstairs—very poor planning. honestly, after all this, i expected a complimentary upgrade or something, but clearly, my comfort is not a priority here. sad.

Ya know, I had the best time at this place! Had these great folks at reception makin' sure everything was smooth right from check-in. Oh, and the room had a killer view of Burj Khalifa! All the little touches made my stay real special. Those bellboys were just the cherry on top, bringing smiles with every hello. Goodness, can't wait to come back!

All facilities were working during my 3-night stay. The gym and swimming pool at the roof level were great, but they closed at 7 PM. I loved the tiled floors and the hairdryer in the room. The stylish eating table made lounging comfortable. A pleasant experience!
